Well not quite on time but it has begun.
This is my personal record of the great battle between me and the bulge :-)
Started the day trying to find some shirts for the return to work. And as usual discover that size 18 shirts are a scarcity. I do not really understand why shops have a million and one 14-16 shirts a few 17's and then almost nothing above. I know I am fat but I can't be the only fat person in the area looking for a new shirt for the return to work, not only that I do not see the size 16's flying off the shelf!! Never mind, found a couple of suitable shirst (not my first choice ones though) and off home before the shoppers arrived on mass.
This experience kind of tipifies one of the rerasons I want to lose the bulge - not only is it going to send me to the grave at an early age but I'll be a corpse dressed in a bad suit and a shirt that does not quite fit!
Made it through lunch 4 sausages and some onions. The real test will come this evening - I am cooking Roast Lamb and I love roast potatoes :-)
Well this is my first test post so will see how it looks.
