20St 8lb

Well Well Well half a stone down.

No do not think that I am making this up. I know the diet that works for me. It is a personalised variation on Atkins. Basically if I do not allow myself to eat bread, butter, or potatoes I end up with a diet high in protein and veg and not a lot else. The wonder of this is that I probably get more vitamins than when I am not on a diet and feel full most of the time. I have been very successful on this diet before but fell off the wagon and never bothered getting back on - the key to this year is to stay on the wagon and if I fall off to climb back on there rather than saying "Oh well, bring on the cardiac arrest because I'm willing to die for white bread butter and any filling"

I love half weeks only worked 2 days and got just Friday until the weekend - hapiness is a 3 day week!
