Oh my God took 2 hours to get home tonight - after 1 hour I was actually further from work than when I began!! Serves me right for trying to be clever :-)
Still managed to avoid a terrible binge and who knows tomorrow maybe have lost 3lb in a week which aint bad by all accounts.
