Wow this is a first, the same weight on Monday as on Friday. You see in the past I have managed to lose weight during the week only to put half of it back on over the weekend. So I am going to classify this as a small victory in the grand battle.
I hate going to the Doc's when you yourself are not contagious - somehow it does not seem fair to have to sit there desperately trying to avoid breathing in the noxious vapour of those around you. The 40 minute wait today for some ear drops felt like an eternity as I tried to breath through my shirt as some pathetic form of protection form the smog of illness that surrounded me! Oh well only a sore throat this evening - maybe I got lucky! The real pain in the ass is the doc went for ear drops rather than the full on tablets for my ear infection and they still hurt so will probably be back there next week running the gauntlet once more.
Hope to be about 20St by Friday - fingers crossed :-)
